Attorneys and Paralegals prepare Wills for Mississippi First Responders

Wills for Magnolia State First Responders held its summer volunteer event at the Mississippi Law Enforcement Officers’ Training Academy (Pearl, MS) on July 16, 2022. At this event, Wills and Advanced Healthcare Directives were provided, free of charge, to over thirty (30) first responders and their spouses.
Founded in 2019 by Cosmich Simmons & Brown paralegal, Kristy Hogan, Wills for Magnolia State First Responders has helped over 200 First Responders/Spouses across the State of Mississippi. Wills for Magnolia State First Responders is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on raising awareness among Mississippi’s First Responders on the importance of having an estate plan in place for their loved ones and providing them with a resource of accomplishing this goal.
