Georgia Ainsworth Accepted Into University Of Toronto LLM Program

8.24.17

Cosmich, Simmons & Brown is proud to announce that New Orleans associate attorney, Georgia Ainsworth, will be joining University of Toronto Faculty of Law’s Global Professional Master of Laws (GPLLM) Class of 2018.  The University of Toronto Faculty of Law is widely considered to be the most prestigious law school in Canada and is regularly ranked as one of the top law schools in the world.  The GPLLM program is taught by an innovative combination of distinguished law and business faculty and leading legal experts; combining the best of U of T’s reputation for academic prestige with the pragmatic real-world expertise that is the standard in today’s competitive legal and business environments.

Focused on Canadian law from a global perspective, GPLLM students examine the impact of globalization on laws, legal institutions and markets from a broad multi-disciplinary and comparative legal perspective. Through the program, Ms. Ainsworth will gain an overall understanding of the constructs of Canadian and international laws, including business, transitional, and torts. Coupled with Ms. Ainsworth’s experience in the laws of the United States, these additional qualifications will benefit all of the Cosmich, Simmons & Brown clients, present and future.

We look forward to Ms. Ainsworth’s new and continued contributions to our growing firm and our valued local, national, and international clients.
