Biography

Brianna Bailey is an Associate Attorney based in our in Jackson, Mississippi office. Brianna’s practice focuses on complex defense litigation, representing clients across the United States who face the threat of toxic tort or environmental lawsuits. Before joining CSB, Brianna served as the first term law clerk to United States Magistrate Judge LaKeysha Greer Isaac in the Southern District of Mississippi.

Brianna holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law, Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Mississippi College School of Law, and bachelor’s degree in legal studies from the University of Central Florida.

Mississippi College School of Law presented Brianna with the 2023 Young Lawyer of the Year Award. At Mississippi College School of Law, Brianna earned a Civil Litigation Certificate, served as Executive Editor of the Law Review, and received the American Jurisprudence Award in eight courses. Brianna served as an extern for Chief District Judge Daniel P. Jordan III, and Research Assistant for Assistant Dean Deborah Challener and Professor Matthew Steffey.

Brianna currently serves as President of the Jackson Young Lawyers Association, Treasurer of the Mississippi Women Lawyers Association, and Secretary/ Treasurer of the Mississippi College School of Law Alumni Association.
