David Baria has joined Cosmich Simmons & Brown as Of Counsel. David has successfully handled a wide array of cases over his 28 years as an attorney. He is a former Mississippi State Senator and currently serves in Mississippi House of Representatives where he is House Minority Leader. In 2018, David was the Democratic nominee for United States Senator. David and his wife Marcie have three children, Merrit, Bess and Max. David will practice in the Firm’s new office in Bay St. Louis and will also maintain an office in the Firm’s Jackson offices.
