Michael Simmons to Moderate Panel Presentation at GICLI Annual Meeting

10.02.17

Michael Simmons will moderate a panel presentation at the Governement Investigations and Civil Litigation Institute's ("GICLI") Annual Meeting at the Dove Mountain Resort in Arizona on October 10-11.  The presentation, "Avoiding the Hotseat:  The Duty to Supervise" will focus on the ethical obligations of corporate counsel and executives.  In addition, GICLI's book, "The General Counsel's Guide to Government Investigations" will be released at the Meeting.  Michael and Tom Zingale authored a chapter for the book, "The Role of Compliance in a Government Investigation."  The book is available for purchase, http://www.gicli.org/publications-1/theguide

The Government Investigations and Civil Litigation Institute was founded in response to the need for in-depth education regarding the dramatic surge in regulatory enforcement activities and related civil litigations that burden the corporate legal department.
